Job Description:

We are looking for a Health Tech Admin to join our team! This role involves providing operational and technical support in developing and maintaining our health technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of technical concepts, customer service, and project management. Responsibilities include:
 

Healthcare Administration Qualifications/Skills:
 

• Mission-driven and service mindset.

• Coordinate scheduling with doctors and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain and update record-keeping systems.

• Ensure patient medical records are kept up to date

• Respond to questions from doctors, patients, and other stakeholders in a timely manner.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders with a diverse range of expertise.

• Supports in managing finances and billing

• Inform employees and stakeholders of new policies and other changes.

• Ensure compliance with legal, healthcare laws and regulations

• Other administrative tasks.

• The ideal candidate will be professional and courteous, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
