He holds an MBA from Lincoln University, Oakland, CA, USA, and a Certificate in Leadership from Harvard Division of Continuing Education, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. He is skilled in Organizational Development, Performance Management, Learning and Knowledge Management, Life Coaching, Leadership & Team Building, Project Management, Creative Thinking and Systems Design, Talent Management, Measuring Training Impact, and ROI Analysis, etc.
He has been an active contributor to several organizational projects such as SAJE Project (Staff Analysis & Job Evaluation), Digital Transformation, Manpower Planning, and Optimization Projects.
